Today’s topic is going to be about the relation between boss and employer. How it should/shouldn’t be? What do I want to see in this kind of relations? And how it was during one of my experiences at work!

So the boss and employee relationship is so important to company productivity.

First of all, the relation between an employee and a boss should be built on trust and understanding can make the employee and manager more efficient.

Second, for me, teamwork is a very important thing and it’s the key to success in any company/team job. So both the boss and employee need to commit to the concept of teamwork if a group is going to work together effectively.

Now I’ll mention a small experience that I had, that can be a good example of a bad boss!

So it was like 3 years ago, I decided to search for a job to get some pocket money in summer. A few days later I’ve heard that a coffee shop/restaurant is looking for workers, to not make it long I got a job there. My boss told me that I’ll work in the kitchen with the chef for 7 hours/day. The next day I was shocked! We worked for more than 10 hours, the boss was too aggressive he was shouting, yelling he was too bossy and so mean, I didn’t like that but I continued working. The next day I was hoping that things will be better, sadly it was worst! So I decided to finish that day and never come back to work at that place.

So that will lead us to a conclusion, the boss has to build a strong, friendly and respectful relationship with his workers. That will make the employers love their work and work hard for it and for their boss. If you are a boss be careful how to act and what to say to your employee, and if you are an employee never let your boss treat you in a bad way.

THE CHOICE IS YOURS NO MATTER WHAT’S YOUR POSITION.
